Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the value of the items in your order.

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.


Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays).

Please note: the day your package is shipped or picked up from our location is not considered the first business day in transit. Transit time begins on the first full business day after the package is accepted by the carrier and marked in transit.


Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated transit: 5–7 business days

Priority Shipping

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated transit: 2–4 business days

Delivery Time Estimates

All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, routing issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We always aim to ship quickly and provide the best possible delivery experience.


Carrier Responsibility (USPS)

Once your order has been shipped and accepted/scanned by USPS, the package is considered in the possession of the carrier and is outside of T-Mac Sports’ direct control.

If a shipment is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears misdelivered, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS to request assistance, open a case, or file a claim (if applicable).

We are happy to provide tracking information and shipment details to assist with the process.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

T-Mac Sports is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Delivered Packages

Orders marked as Delivered by USPS are considered fulfilled by T-Mac Sports.

If you believe a delivered package is missing or misdelivered, please contact USPS directly to open a case. We are happy to provide tracking details to assist.
